What is Management

shailesh jadav

First of all, what is management? The dictionary defines management as \"the act or art of managing: the conducting or supervising of something (as a business)\". Sounds most right. But then, Atilla the Hun was a manager of sorts. Clearly, there is a big difference between being a manager and being a \"good\" manager who has earned the respect of the people.

It is interesting that the formal definition of management includes the word \"art\", because in some respects, it is an art as much as a science. Just most anyone can learn the basic mechanics of decent a manager. However, there is a certain amount of mystery in defining that extra dimension of skills and traits that elevates certain people to a status of \"good\" manager. What is it?
http://www.241Leads.com/241/shaileshjadav/index2.html
Part of it is charisma. Charisma is a sort of magical quality of magnetic charm or appeal that makes people want to follow the person who has it. Strong interpersonal skills are certainly critical to the creation of charisma, but are by no means the only ingredient. The perception of charisma must be earned through accomplishment.

A strong leader gains the respect of his/her people by actions. Principal among those actions is the involvement of the methodicalness in decision making. How many times have you heard someone say, \"If I was running the show, I sure wouldn't do it that way!\"? It is essential that the manager has the mechanisms in place that allow ideas to bubble up from all corners of the organization. No matter how smart we think we are as managers, we certainly don't know everything. Many of the very best ideas come from the people on the front line of the period to period business. We have to have a way for people to express those ideas and get rewarded for their contributions if the idea pans out. Delegating many of the period to period tactical decisions in no way undermines the manager's authority or responsibility for the bigger picture. Remember this: If people have enthusiastic ownership of an idea, their idea, they WILL make it work, even if it is a BAD idea. If not, they can torpedo even a GOOD idea.

Recognizing people for their contributions is one of the surest ways to secure employee loyalty and to earn the perception that the manager is smart enough to understand that he/she doesn't know everything. Recognition and rewards are not necessarily monetary. In some cases, simple public recognition is all that is required. Recognition nurtures the ego and differientiates people from their peers. Recognition just makes a person feel good and stimulates the desire to have it hap again.

If a manager utilizes the people to help develop the organization's mission statement, then the people module follow. Having a solid and workable mission statement is critical to organizational success. It can serve as the basis for decision making. If you bounce an idea off the mission statement and it sticks, you might do it. Otherwise, forget it. For example, if you are in the business of developing the worlds best diagnostic software, you are not going to open a resturant to raise extra cash. That would be way right the mission statement. See the point? All tactical decisions should fit within the mission statement.

Next, a \"good\" manager is a strategic thinker. The manager should have at least a five to ten year view of the future. Where does the methodicalness want to be in five years and tactically, what needs to be done today, tomorrow, next week or next month to get there? Nothing can undermine a manager faster than having the methodicalness perceive that the manager has no idea of direction.

Then, there is integrity. A manager has to be seen by his superiors and his employees as being honest and forthright and doesn't play silly political games. No one likes a sleazy character that cannot be trusted, especially if that person is in charge of the careers of people. Would you?

The \"good\" manager fights for his/her people and they know it. Everyone knows that outstanding performers are amply rewarded and substandard performers are penalized or eliminated. People know that the decisions made by the manager well thought out and are in the best interest of the organization. An employee haw not like the fact that the manager had to cut their pet project out of the budget. But if the employee is in tune with the organization, he/she module understand why it had to be done.

A \"good\" manager is highly selective when building the \"culture\" the organization. People hired should \"fit\" the collective personality of the organization. Loners and hotheads should not be merged into an methodicalness of people who genuinely like each other and work well together. Think most the best sports teams. The very best ones are those where the members are more like family than team mates.

Finally, the \"good\" manager module pay the extra time to collect the information necessary to show how valuable the methodicalness is to the company. This can take any number of forms such as cost savings, cost avoidance, improved process, improved productivity, and so on. Then the manager makes sure everyone knows most it, from top to bottom. It is vital that the people feel they are essential and are making a contribution to the overall success of the company.

There is no magic formula for decent a \"good\" manager and the points mentioned above are certainly not an exhaustive list. Some of it is instinct, but it mostly stems from the gut-level understanding that the most essential thing in an methodicalness is its people. Treat people with respect and dignity and you module get that back in spades.

Think Positive

Shailesh Jadav

As a personal development coach, I do a lot of talking about constructive thinking, and I know very well how important it is in changing your habitual way of thinking (and the results you are getting in life). But real change requires more than constructive thinking. It requires \"extreme repetition.\"
<>
I've spoken before about going 'beyond constructive thinking\" and many people have emailed to ask about the best methods of staying in a constructive state of mind, and how they can best help the process along.

One method that is very effective is to use affirmation programs that shift your state of mind and provide you with massive amounts of constructive suggestion and commands. These definitely make a difference--I've used digit for over ywo years now with great results.
<>
The two most popular of these programs are Mindzoom, and Affirmware's Sculptor 3, both of which are great programs (I personally use Sculptor 3, but Mindzoom has it's fans too).

The real benefit of these programs is that they provide you with a relentless repetition of the \"right\" messages. The key word in that last sentence is \"repetition,\" because that's what it's all about--relentless repetition.
<>
Imagine being exposed to positive, affirming messages digit period a week, and then back to the same of negative stuff the rest of the week. How much beatific is that really going to do you? Probably not much. Of course, it is better than nothing, but you're certainly not going to get the dramatic results you want.
<>
<>
<>
Now imagine being exposed to positive, affirming messages six days a week, and the old negative crap only digit period a week. Do you think your state of mind is going to be much, much better? Do you think your self-esteem and confidence would increase substantially? I guarantee you it will. \"Repetition is the mother of all skill,\"as the old saying goes. And it is just as true wityh posotve thinking as it is with riding a bike.

\"What we are exposed to on a consistent basis is what we become.\"

<>
<>

Ever wonder why most criminals come discover of prison worse than when they went in? Think about what they are exposed to on a consistent basis. It's common sense really: whatever you are are exposed to with extremity repetition WILL influence your life. The more repetition, the more influence it will have on you.
<>
Take advantage of any and all constructive information you can: software programs, constructive books, audios, seminars, and of course, be around as many constructive people as you can.
<>
Remember, extremity repetition is how people change. Use every resource you can to get the \"right ideas\" into your head, and then repeat them relentlessly. If you use affirmations, repeat those relentlessly too. At a certain point, all this constructive information will overwhelm your old, critical voice, and it'll fade away into the sunset.

Email Marketing

Shailesh Jadav

The most time consuming role of being an internet marketer is building a legitimate subscriberbase. Due to anti-Spam regulations in the US, where you face serious fines and penalties, you are no longer permitted to purchase lists of customer details (email address) that have been harvested via spamming robots.

Building a legitimate subscriber list requires that people respond to an offer where they provide their name and email address in exchange for informationor products that you can provide them. As an internet marketer, this provides you with a legal covering for collecting a customers details.

http://mGinger.com/index.jsp?inviteId=9998728095
This is called permission based emailing.

At the time of collection, you will also need to pick up the customer's IP Address and Data and Timestamp, which is handled automatically by an autoresponder. These two pieces of information allow you to demonstrate that you collected their email details from their computer's IP Address, on a certain date. If you want to avoid facing heavy penalties and possible ban from the authorities, you will need to ensure that you have these two pieces of information.

There are two types of signup forms that can be used to collect name and email details, and they differ in their usage. They are called single opt-in (or just opt-in) forms, and double opt-in forms.

Opt-in forms are also commonly called squeeze pages, or gateway pages. The purpose with opt-in forms is to offer some information or a product in exchange for a customers email details. With single opt-in forms, a user just enters their name and email address into the place fields and can retrieve theinformation or product straight away.

The risk with single opt-in forms is that anyone can submit a false (someone else's) email address in the email fields, and retrieve the information. Even dummy email addresses can be used to obtain the information or product.

As a result, the internet marketer may experience two types of problems:
1. SPAM complaints - if another email address is used that is not the owner, the actual person may complain to the authorities and get the website banned, or face huge fines.
2. Dummy emails - they do not provide any method of future contact with the customer, and the list of subscribers doesn't grow.

Double opt-in forms, on the other hand, eliminate SPAM complaints and reduce the number of dummy email addresses down to zero. This is done using an interim step in the sign up phase. Instead of providing the information or product directly upon signup, an email is sent back to the subscriber with a confirmation link that they need to click.

This confirms that they are actually the owner of the email address that they provided, which reduces SPAM complaints. In addition, this allows the list owner to build a legitimate customer base.

Using double opt-in forms for customer sign ups is the recommended way to legally build your subscriber base.

Thanks

What is going on in your mind?

Shailesh Jadav
+919662544181

What is going on in your mind? Are you thinking thoughts of peace, prosperity, and
happiness? Or, are you thinking thoughts of doom and gloom?

A mortal can tell what goes on in the mind of someone else by the very way they walk, the way they talk, the way they carry themselves, and their manner of dress. Everything about them reflects their way of thinking.

A slovenly carriage is an indication of slovenly thinking, whereas an alert, upright
carriage is the outward sign of inward strength and confidence. What a mortal exhibits
outwardly, they are inwardly because a mortal is the product of their own thoughts.
Proverbs 23:7 says, \"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.\"

This \"thinking\" referred to in Proverbs 23:7 is not a conscious thinking as most people
believe. That would be the \"thinking\" in the mind. It is the thinking that takes place in
the heart. Your heart is the center of your being. It is your subconscious mind.

acyclovir cream 5% 15g x 12 tubes

Your subconscious mind operates according to your true beliefs. Your true beliefs are a sum total of every of your accumulated experiences over the course of your life. They create your expectations for future experiences, and your expectations are equivalent to your faith. Jesus said in Matthew 9:29, \"According to your faith, let it be done unto you.\"

Do you want more of what you already have? Most people would say, definitely not! If this is the case with you I would say you need to modify your expectations (your beliefs, or your faith). If you want to manifest peace, prosperity, and happiness in your life, you must think peace, prosperity, and happiness in your heart.

You may say, \"How can I think peace, prosperity, and happiness in my heart if I've never experienced it in my life?\" The answer is, by using repetitious affirmations. Have you ever heard it said that if you tell yourself something long enough you'll begin to believe it?
